All children were included in some way and able to take part in a variety of experiences, eg: answering questions, dancing, sensory-smelling of fruit. Children commented on what they liked to eat and what fruit & veg they had tasted as well as being open to try new things. During snack time the children have been more aware of what is good for them and what is a “sometimes or an “everyday” food. The children are eager to show the adults their fruit & healthy snacks. At times the children will talk to each other about what colour their fruit or veg are and who has healthy food.
